Site Construction Manager
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Construction Manager is responsible for:
•Ensuring the construction proceeds in a safe and effective way so that the project is completed within safety, cost, quality and schedule targets
•Provide leadership to all site staff and contractors
•Have at least 12 years experience in a similar role
•Manage and control CTEC staff and subcontractors to meet the project objectives
•To approve or reject the work of subcontractors engaged for the project
•To make recommendations to the Project Manager regarding construction safety, environment resources, standards and quality
This contract position runs until the proposed completion of the project, Nov 2012
